Add users and assign roles. Invite them first via Supabase Auth (Authentication → Users → Invite user), then add their email and role below.

Admin — Full access.
Editor — Edit daily tracker quantities and view history only.
Coordinator — View tracker, manage outlets, generate WhatsApp messages.
